Cancellation Policy

Booking Your Consultation - All consultations are scheduled via our website and are subject to availability. Once your consultation is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and details of your appointment. Rescheduling & Cancellations - Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your virtual consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and offer you a new appointment time that works best for you. Cancellations: Should you need to cancel your consultation, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for rescheduling without an additional fee. Missed Appointments - If you miss your consultation without providing notice at least 24 hours in advance, it will be considered a missed appointment.
