The "I Do"
Sienna and John said "I do" on the grounds of the Montebello Event Center located in San Juan, Texas during the tailed of the winter of 2023. The sleek lines of this venue give way to allow plenty of natural light to flood through the glass windows and doors to yield some of the most gorgeous photos you'll ever see. Thankfully all the smiles shared, tear shed, and the memories of those who could not be at this celebration were captured by the talented Stephanie Rios Photography and I can not thank her enough for trusting me to share a glimpse of Sienna and John's big day!
The Celebration
There's absolutely no other way to celebrate the biggest moment of your life than being surrounded by friends and family who LOVE a solid party with delicious food and even better music that keeps it all going.
The Cakes
The moment the words "simplified wooden chic" left Sienna's mouth I was 100% sold. Sienna and John fully encapsulated the upscale setting of the Montebello Events Center with the gentle wooded undertones that flowed throughout their wedding decor and vision. Southern Roots Flower Market provided the intermingled muted greened and soft white flowers that rested as crown at the base of each cake layer. Their four-tier semi-naked cake vision was rounded out by the handout wooden cake base provided by The Flower Patch.
spiraled from the bottom to the top of Valerie and Ramón's fluted all white cake. The cake flavors were a classic white Almond Cake paired with the sweet robust flavors of a Dulce de Leche buttercream and masked with a Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
Sienna and John's wedding cake flavors alternated between a floral Elderflower Cake and the subtle nuttiness of the Pistachio Cake, both of which were paired with bright notes of a Raspberry Swiss Meringue Buttercream.

Sienna and John, I can't thank the two of you enough for being such rockstars the entire wedding cake process and for being so open to every idea! You two brought all of the simplified wooden chic and then some and I can't thank you both enough for trusting me with you cake vision and for sharing all of the beautiful memories from you wedding day!
